In the Renaissance era, potters in the Italian town of Faenza introduced a new way of handling ceramics. Fayenza, a handmade glazed ceramic, owes its name to this city and its ceramic tradition. This type of craftsmanship used the handcrafted fine, a technique that was characterized by giving the final products a vitreous effect.
Our Fayenza series has that glossy finish that, at the time, conquered the most select audiences. It preserves that traditional imprint of the ceramic tiles from which it draws its inspiration. And, in addition, opens up a new world of possibilities through a wide variety of formats, six colors, and an endless number of ways in which to combine its small-format pieces available in our tiles store.
